Job Details

My client, a leading Capital Markets Technology firm working with Ethereum blockchain, are looking for a remote legal consultant to deal with arising commercial issues for 6-12 months. Their service aims to make raising money simpler and cheaper, working to automate equity and debt issues. Offering up a lot of autonomy, the right candidate will be expected to complete the first draft of contracts, and negotiate them with the vendors and clients. 

Experience in the following is essential/The idea candidate will be/have: 

  • Technology lawyer with SaaS, some IP and general commercial experience. 
  • Any Capital Markets exposure (desirable - not essential). 
  • Able to tackle work within 24hrs. 
  • Able to commit c.3 hours a day - can currently be working at another organisation with spare time. 
  • Can be based in the UK or abroad.
