Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join the team and take responsibility for a busy caseload of private family matters in Buckinghamshire. This firm are recognised for its friendly and collegiate culture where the partners encourage an open-door ethos.

The ideal individual will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience handling a broad family caseload and preferably have some regional ties to the Buckinghamshire region. The current team has full legal/secretarial support so you will be joining a busy and growing department with ambition to keep growing in the future.

You will be an ambitious and technically competent solicitor with solid client-facing skills which will be important as this role offers client-contact from day one. You will need outstanding advocacy skills and be confident in handling your own caseload. Good time management and diary scheduling is key to the role.

  • Divorce
  • Childcare Law
  • Mediation
  • Domestic Abuse
