This top UK and international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a Banking & Finance Associate to join their busy and thriving practice in London. Acting for a mix of major lender and borrower clients, their work focusses particularly on corporate, acquisition and leveraged finance transactions, as well as major emerging markets deals and infrastructure M&A / financings. Working closely with and learning from top partners in the field, the role will entail drafting and negotiating a full range of loan documentation, assisting partners on major deals and taking the lead on smaller ones, building relationships with clients and acting on opportunities, as well as assiting and supervising trainees. Applicants should have high-level banking law experience, ideally gained within a major UK or Commonwealth legal practice, along with excellent academics.
