The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Property Litigation Senior Associate / Partner into their flourishing, Leeds City Centre office.

You will join a flourishing department that deals with a truly excellent quality of work. You will be at the forefront of this department, working with the other Partners to drive the department forwards.

The department deals with a high-quality of work, they often punch above their weight and deal with transactions that on the other side of the deal are top city practices. You will work as part of a supportive, dynamic, forward-thinking and innovative team.

The caseload will be broad but include; Professional negligence, Dilapidation claims, Contract disputes, Arbitration, Mediation, Landlord and tenant disputes, Break notices, Termination of leases and Possession.

This role comes with excellent prospects for career progression and development

Requirements:

  • You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • Excellent client care skills are essential
  • Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is to advantage but is not essential
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
