You will have the opportunity to join a strong national practice who advise clients on issues from disciplinary and grievance issues, to redundancy programmes, industrial action, and transfers of employees. You will also work closely with commercial and corporate colleagues to provide support on transactional matters.
With a strong academic record, you will have experience of handling tribunal claims from start to finish, and be well-versed in contentious and non-contentious matters. An independent thinker, you will now be looking to utilise your commerciality and up-to-date legal knowledge to progress in your career and develop key relationships with clients. You will doubtless be keen to build on your track record of business development.
