The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Banking & Finance Senior Associate / Partner into their growing and long-established Thames Valley office.

You will lead the banking and finance department and will be at the forefront of this industry leading team, you will work with the other Partners to drive the department forwards.
You will join an award-winning banking and finance team that is led by a team of partners widely regarded as leaders in their field and who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities and outstanding expertise.

You will be responsible for providing advice to banks, financial institutions, borrowers and other stakeholders on a variety of financial matters including senior and junior debt finance, asset-based lending, trade finance, and asset finance.

The variety of caseload will make for an interesting role.

Requirements

• You will be a Banking and Finance Lawyer with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE and I would urge even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is to advantage but is not essential
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
