About Us

This international company is one of the world’s largest fashion brands, highly recognised and sought-after around the world.

The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity now exists for a real estate lawyer qualified in both Ireland and England to join the legal team. You will work on a wide variety of landlord and tenant matters, with sole responsibility for the company’s Irish portfolio but with responsibility for some of the UK real estate work as well. The work will involve a whole range of leasing matters as well as store refurbishments. You will work closely with the business, advising on a wide range of day to day matters which are bound to arise in the context of a large occupier of real estate.

About You

A strong commercial real estate background is essential, essentially with a focus on landlord and tenant work. A keen interest to move in-house and work with a consumer brand is also key. You must also be able to demonstrate commercial acumen and strong relationship development skills and the ability to work directly with the business. Any additional construction or planning or skills would also be welcome.

This is an excellent in-house opportunity for a dual-qualified real estate lawyer to work with a leading consumer fashion brand in a new role for the business.
