From a management perspective someone senior will also place a key role in helping to develop junior lawyers beneath them so if people management is a part of work you enjoy this will be encouraged and supported.

In terms of what they would be looking for that could be someone coming from in house as much as private practice provided the skill set is there.

The range of work is as expected - commercial agreements - outsourcing and supply agreements, licensing and IP in addition to wider GDPR and data protection advice.

They are looking for someone at a senior level so realistically upwards of 6 years PQE - you will be able to work largely independently (not that you will be) and provide oversight to juniors lawyers. The team actively engage with their clients and pride themselves on those personal relationships. Ideally you will also share that same sense of developing existing as well as new relationships.
