Job Details
This is a great opportunity for a lawyer with commercial or corporate background to join a global ecommerce company in their talented, mid size legal team as a Legal Counsel.
As Legal Counsel, you will report directly to the Head of Legal - Corporate/Commercial on a variety of commercial and corporate matters within the business. Key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
- Enabling the business by creating and maintaining template agreements and developing policies, procedures and training
- Supporting the integration of any acquired businesses
- Instructing and managing external counsel as required
You must come from a top tier UK private practice law background, and ideally have between 1-2 years PQE. It is important that candidates have strong interpersonal skills and are able to communicate with all personnel within the organisation.
