The Role

We would like to hear from you if you are a general commercial lawyer (ideally with some Corporate/M&A experience) who could work full-time, with 3 or 4 days on site, for the next 6 months with the possibility of further extension. The scope of this role, based at the London offices of a global provider of data analytics solutions, is to provide general legal support across the business. Experience of working in-house is a prerequisite.

You will be qualified in England & Wales (or in other jurisdictions) with qualification experience gained in a City firm or in-house at a bank or blue-chip corporate. A right to work and reside in the UK is essential.
