I am acting on behalf of a Legal 500 practice who is seeking an enthusiastic Corporate Solicitor to join their busy and thriving team in Stratford-on-Avon.

An exciting caseload including the following awaits you - mergers, sales and acquisitions; company repurchase of shares; EMI schemes; business and partnership start-ups and joint ventures.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have at least two years' corporate experience, however applications from more junior candidates will also be considered if you are competent and confident in your ability. As already stated, there is no maximum PQE for this role and applications are welcomed from senior corporate candidates who would like to work on a reduced hours or part-time basis.
