GC - EXPANDING GLOBAL TECH CO

This is a truly exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer with technical nous and considerable commercial experience to manage and build a legal team within a hugely successful business.

They are seeking a GC to contribute to the transformation from start up to scale up. The team of 4 will be expanded as the firm grows and processes and structure will must be put in place to accommodate the cultural shift.

Additionally, the role will involve heavyweight negotiations with global pharma companies and leading global tech corporations (Apple, HP etc) so considerable experience at this level is essential. Must be able to draft, negotiate, and manage contracts of all types, including NDAs, MoUs, licensing agreements, corporation agreements and navigate new deals through any bureaucracy, foreign or domestic.

Specific tech experience is essential, ideally SaaS. Experience in a start-up environment is also a considerable plus. Life sciences / healthcare experience is desirable, not essential.
