We are working with a reputable private practice in Surrey who are looking to bring on board an experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyer to cover a period of maternity leave. The role is due to start within the next 4 weeks and will run for approximately 10 months on a part time basis for 4 days a week.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong experience in advising on contentious probate, breach of contract, debt recovery claims, landlord and tenant matters as well as property disputes.

The successful candidate will have a full case load and will be expected to work with autonomy, however, there will be the support from the department Partner as and when required.

The role will suit individuals who are looking to work on a part time basis for 4 days a week. There is also the flexibility to work the hours of a 4 day week across 5 days should this be required.

Due to the fact the office is not situated near a main line train station, the role will be best suited to those who have the ability to drive. There is free parking on site.
