In-House Role- Retail/Commercial Lawyer - Investment Bank - 12month FTC - 5+ PQE

My client is a global investment/retail bank looking to hire a retail/commercial lawyer on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. The bank are looking to conduct an extensive international research project analyzing the impacts of offering an array of commercial products and services on both a cross-border and in-country basis.  
 
The role will involve- 

• Reviewing and analyzing existing research, and identifying gaps;
• Interviewing line of business subject matter experts and developing relevant and comprehensive surveys to capture the necessary information;
• Customizing the surveys to reflect the products and services performed in each jurisdiction;
• Reviewing and communicating with local counsel to ensure appropriate responses are collected to the survey;

A strong candidate will have 5+ post qualification years experience, as well as extensive knowledge and understanding of research, counsel, and guidance on complex legal questions or inquiries. They will also have the ability to analyze legal issues in substantive law in area of practice and provide effective advice to clients on complex legal matters.
