A national Corporate team are looking to hire a Senior Associate to join their team in London. In return, the firm can offer a broad role, a high calibre client base and excellent career progression prospects.

The work is broad and the successful candidate will be exposed to a range of Corporate Finance, ECM (particularly AIM) and M&A work for both private and public companies. The new joiner will also be heavily involved in venture capital, private equity transactions, joint ventures and Corporate reorganisations. As a Senior member of the team, a significant part of the role will to be assist in the continued growth of their national practice.

The firm are looking for an individual currently working within a respected regional, City or International Corporate team. A minimum of four years of post-qualification experience is required to be considered for this position.
