This reputable boutique north London firm are looking for a Litigation/Probate Paralegal to become a trainee solicitor. The firm pride themselves in employing trainees and not 'Paralegals' as each employee are given high independence in their workloads and client contact. They are favourably looked upon in the market and are consistently growing. Great location, with plenty going on in the surrounding area. The role is a great opportunity with a training contract offered after probation.


Your new role
Your responsibilities will include assisting fee-earners in legal court related work and legal administrative work in support of the Litigation team. You will be responsible for drafting reports and preparing claim forms, pleadings and witness statements for the County Court. You will additionally assist solicitors and other fee earners in the day to day running of files, attend Court to assist Barristers and other fee-earners and prepare trial bundles. There will also be required to undertake probate work.


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to be a hard worker and confident in taking on a high workload. You will have completed your LLB (or equivalent) and LPC. You should have 6 months+ litigation experience, additional probate experience will be looked highly upon.
