Legal Associate - In House Regulatory

Our Client

An ambitious international financial services organisation seeks to recruit a Solicitor c 2 - 5 PQE with a corproate/ banking /regulatory background to join the London HQ of an international organisation

The Role

As a member of an established team you will be expected to manage a varied workload covering operations,

product launches, commercial and regulatory advice, drafting of agreements, managing research and advising on

the impact of proposed legislative changes.

This is a business facing role, the post holder will be expected to work closely with management, the business units,

external advisers and team members both in the UK and abroad.

The Candidate

To be considered for this opportunity, the ideal candidate must be intellectually capable, and enjoy managing a varied workload.

This is an ideal first move in house, the role offers a varied and interesting workload covering corporate, regulatory and commercial work. Candidates having competed an in house secondment would be of particular interest
