Commercial Property Solicitor

Do you want to join a Tier 1 Real Estate team? Are you looking for fast progression?

The firm are looking to an associate (NQ-4PQE) to join the group and have the opportunity to undertake a wide range of real estate matters. You will be working alongside the partners and senior associates so will get lots of support and development. The firm want to hire associates and develop them to progress to senior associates/ partners.

Skills and Experience

• Strong academic background
• Admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales
• Training and practising experience with a well-regarded commercial real estate practice
• Good broad knowledge of real estate matters and market
• Active involvement in business development and experience of developing and maintaining client relationships
• Personable and outgoing
• Ability to understand a client's business and deliver commercially focussed advice
• Ability to work both independently and in conjunction with partners
• Experience of supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and trainees
• Circa 0-4 years' pqe.
