Real Estate Litigation NQ Solicitor - Leeds
Our client is a leading international practice with a significant international profile. The real estate litigation team in Leeds has a fantastic reputation and leads the field locally. The real estate litigation practice across the firm is highly regarded and operates on some of the most high profile pieces of litigation available.
The real estate litigation team in Leeds is regarded as an excellent place to work with many longstanding members of the team. Part of the success story in Leeds, is the depth and variety of work available here. This is far from a practice where you will only be doing Landlord and Tenant Act work for real estate portfolio clients. This team act on large pieces of standard alone litigation including dilapidation disputes and plenty of 'rights of light' work.
The team is high performing but also friendly and supportive and is regarded as one of the seats trainees in the firm enjoy the most (which is always a good barometer!).
This is an opportunity for exposure to the highest quality of work available in the regions for a leading team in a positive and dynamic and friendly environment. If you are a junior lawyer (0-2 years), or coming up to qualification in September and are potentially interested in real estate litigation then we would be delighted to hear from you. You don't necessarily need to have done a specific real estate litigation seat but ideally you will have an interest in this area and a desire to work in an intellectual legal discipline with plenty of black letter law.
The firm are very open minded to considering candidates from smaller firms provided your attitude and desire is there and ideally you’ll also have a strong academic background.
