Job Details
Our Corporate Tax team is expanding and we are excited to offer a tax professional the opportunity to work alongside our qualified lawyers, to deliver the exceptional client service and market-leading advice for which we are so well known.
We know our clients are looking for commercially viable, `out of the box` solutions to their highly complex tax related matters. As a team, we strive to deliver this and recognise that a wide variety of tax professionals will enhance our breadth of thinking and contribute creative ideas.
Perhaps you are currently working within an accountancy firm and are seeking a new challenge, in a context where the work is pure advisory and transactional work, with no audit or compliance required but where you can develop long terms client relationships as a trusted advisor. Our ultimate aim is to deliver a truly bespoke and well-rounded service and we are looking for candidates who are committed to delivering a genuinely exceptional client service. A benefit of this approach is that you will not be asked to specialise too early in your career and will have the opportunity to focus your skillset on client and market needs. Alternatively you may have broad advisory experience and great insight into client perspective from an in-house advisory role.

What are we looking for?
You will have previous tax advisory experience and we are open to exploring the nature of your experience, the contribution you could make to our team and, how we can help you develop your career.
You will be a skilled communicator, able to build and maintain relationships both with clients, your immediate team and the wider firm. We are known for our collaborative approach so you can expect to work on a wide range of transactions from major M&A work to employment-related matters and, everything in between.
You will be technically strong, have exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering commercially focussed, practical advice. Enthusiasm, energy and commitment are essential.

Location
You will need to be willing to travel to meet the needs of our clients but could choose to be based predominantly in our Bristol or London offices.
