Real Estate Solicitor - c. £40k - Birmingham - Highly regarded real estate team within high profile firm
Your new company
My client is a large, well regarded law firm with offices around the country. The real estate team cover a wide range of commercial property services for clients across various sectors. Projects dealt with by the team vary in size and include multimillion £, high profile regeneration projects.
Your new role
This real estate solicitor role will see you handle a mix of landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals and estate management work. You will be responsible for your own caseload and will support others within the team as required.
What you'll need to succeed
My clients are seeking individuals from newly qualified to 7 years PQE who possess relevant experience undertaking real estate work and a keen desire to progress within this field.
