Regularory Health & Safety - 4+PQE - Manchester

Experienced Regulatory Solicitor required for rewarding new role with a top tier team and national firm in Manchester.

Our client is a full-service national commercial law firm who are regarded as innovative and progressive. Their Regulatory group act for clients across many sectors which has earned them a great reputation and they are well-regarded by the various directories.  

The team acts for clients being investigated and/ or prosecuted by the Police, Health and Safety Executive, FCA, Local Authorities, the Environment Agency, Road Transport regulators, CQC, OFSTED and other Regulatory bodies.

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Regulatory Defence Solicitor to the team in Manchester.

You will ideally have gained a minimum of 4PQE in Regulatory, with a strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and enforcement. Although this is the primary work of the team they would also like you to have gained exposure to other areas of Regulatory defence matters.
