Commercial Litigation Lawyer

US firm based in Dubai is seeking an Associate 2-5yr PQE with a background in commercial litigation to join their leading dispute resolution team. You will be working on some of the regions largest and complex commercial and regulatory disputes and investigations.

The practice is broad and they act for sovereign states, multinational companies and major institutions in the commercial, telecommunications, engineering, energy and financial services fields. The firm undertakes multi-jurisdictional litigation and international arbitration's.

Ideal candidates will be admitted to practice in England and Wales and will have a minimum of two year's litigation experience, although those with less or more experience who can demonstrate relevant experience will be considered on their merits. The successful candidate will have excellent written communication and drafting skills, as well as the ability to demonstrate initiative.
