A global retailer with a significant presence in the UK is looking for a Trademark Attorney to join them on an interim basis.

The role would be perfect for a trademark attorney with over 5 years PQE, or a Solicitor with significant experience in filing, searching, and opposing trademarks.

It is likely the assignment will last for a minimum of 3-5 months, but could continue beyond this. There is the opportunity to work either full time, or 2-3 days a week, and flexibility in working from home.

Working as part of the Intellectual Property team, sitting within the wider Legal team, the trademark attorney will have responsibility for filing, searches, clearances, cancellations, and oppositions.

We are keen to speak to;

- Qualified trademark attorneys or experienced IP Solicitors with extensive trademark experience
- At least 5 years PQE
- Ability to work unsupervised and support more junior members of the team
