Job Details
Our client is one of the world's top 10 offshore law firms with a strong reputation across the Channel Islands. They have close links with a number of leading onshore firms and, as a result, have a busy practice covering cross border transactions for clients around the world.
The firm's corporate team maintains a broad range of work, including M&A, joint ventures, IPOs, and reorganisations. With large offices in both Jersey and Guernsey, the firm is well positioned to take advantage of the busy market on both islands.
Due to continued growth, the firm is looking for a newly qualified corporate associate to join it's Jersey office in September 2019.
In order to be considered for this role you will:
- Be due to qualify as a solicitor in England & Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland by 30th September 2019
- Have completed at least one seat of your training contract in a corporate department
- Be keen to develop a broad transactional skill set
