Share Schemes Lawyer Required

My client, an international law firm headquartered in London, would like to recruit a junior level lawyer who has had experience of working in the area of employee benefits and incentives. The team advises across a broad range of sectors including financial services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, natural resources and real estate. It is fully integrated with the employment and pensions practice and has daily interaction with the rest of the firm’s departments such as corporate, tax and financial regulation.

The candidate should be confident in providing advice directly to clients, both listed and unlisted. He or she will be expected to undertake both advisory work, such as drafting share plan documentation and advising on corporate governance and regulatory issues, as well as working on the incentives aspects of corporate transactions.
