CORPORATE (JERSEY) ( 1 - 2 PQE) (£CITY RATES)

The Jersey office of this offshore Magic Circle firm are currently looking to bolster their team with an additional junior level corporate lawyer. You will need to have gained 1 -  2 years' PQE from a major international or national UK firm, or a major international Australian or New Zealand firm, and have a strong academic record. Work is broad-ranging including mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and disposals, schemes of arrangement, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and debt and equity capital markets matters, advising issuers, sponsors, underwriters and investors.
