Real Estate – Partner/Senior Associate – Central London

Our Client, a national law firm with offices spread throughout the UK, is looking for a senior associate or Partner to join their growing Central London Team.

The Firm & Team

The firm have several offices spanning the length of the UK, with main practice areas including, litigation, corporate & commercial, real estate, private client and employment law.  They represent a variety of clients from individuals to SME’s and large corporations, many of which are well known household brands.  They have grown substantially over the past few years, recently acquiring new office space in London and are now looking to grow further with the addition of an associate.

The Property Team are over 130 strong and assist clients from individuals to large corporations, on a range of Real Estate matters, including; Commercial Development; Residential Development; Estate Management; Asset Management & Investment; Real Estate Finance; and Social Housing.

The Candidate

As the successful candidate for this role, you should be an experienced real estate lawyer, with a track record of winning business and developing long term client relationships. Being a Senior Associate or Partner, it is also an essential requirement that you have a willingness to promote the firm and attend networking and marketing events as required.  Supervising junior members will also form part of your responsibilities.
