Your new company
A leading international investment management company with around $1 trillion of assets under management. With a presence in over 20 countries and dealing with a range of asset classes, this company has continued to grow.
Your new role
Your role will see you working on a range of activities throughout the EMEA region relating to institutional distribution, as well as client onboarding. Your new role will see you work on the reviewing, drafting and negotiating of investment management related legal documents, this will allow you to work on the distribution of funds as well. You will work on a range of investment management related commercial contracts, and there will also be a regulatory aspect. You will also play an important role in advising the company on legal risks, assisting with the decision-making process allowing you to work closely with the company.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an England and Wales (or common law) qualified solicitor with a 4+ years' experience (guidance only). You will have experience working in either an investment management company, or a financial services department of a reputable law firm. You will be able to demonstrate regulatory knowledge. You will also have an understanding of working with investment management related documents, such as IMAs, advisory agreements, etc.
