A highly regarded Healthcare focused firm are looking to hire an intelligent and ambitious Clinical Negligence solicitor to join their top-tier team in London.

The practice are on the NHSR panel and defend the NHS and a range of healthcare professionals on Clinical Negligence claims. The successful candidate will undertake a role involving litigation, attending trials, attending mediations and drafting witness statements.

This role represents the opportune time to join this established specialist firm and work closely with Partners that are leading names within this particular area. The new joiner will be a qualified lawyer with a minimum of one year of experience as a qualified solicitor.

The successful candidate will have prior experience of working on defendant Medical Negligence matters or have experience in defendant PI work. Furthermore, previous NHSLA/NHSR experience would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite for the role.
