Job Details
Our Client is recruiting for a Corporate PSL to join their award winning team in Guildford. The Corporate team is well ranked in the Legal 500 and works on high profile M&A transactions, corporate finance, corporate insurance and governance.
The purpose of this role is to provide support for the team through the creation and maintenance of precedents, article writing, query management and assisting with pitches. Working in a busy and award-winning team, you will be responsible for providing know-how, education and training as well as significant marketing and business development support. You will identify issues on which the team and its clients need to be briefed, and ensure that briefings are pitched at the right level for the relevant audience.
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' PQE gained at a leading firm together with excellent academics and an up-to-date technical and practical knowledge of company law and corporate transactions.
