My client a local authority based in London, are seeking an Employment Lawyer for three months initially.
The successful Employment Lawyer will be required to carry a caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters. You will be required to advise on a wide range of matters including: TUPE related issues, discrimination, unfair dismissal, equal pay, maternity and paternity and grievance issues. It is essential that you are well versed in carrying an extensive caseload and can work without the need for supervision. The successful candidate will also be required to advise on education matters particularly relating to SEN and admission related issues.
The local authority is based close to a tube station and offers a supportive and collaborative environment.
