My client is a top 40 UK law firm who have established a highly successful private client team focusing on non contentious domestic and international private wealth matters. Although highly regarded for their general litigation practice the firm have not developed a contentious trusts department and are keen to speak to established partners in this area who may be interested in assisting them in doing so.
The firm are confidant that with the private client platform they have built up both in the UK and internationally along with the strength of their litigation practice and the numerous international offices in their network, the right candidate will not have huge difficulty in developing a very strong contentious trusts practice.
