Our Client, an award-winning law firm with locations in Hertfordshire and Central London, is looking to bolster its corporate commercial offering with the appointment of an Associate Solicitor.

The Team

The Corporate Commercial department fields a team of superb and professional practitioners who are extremely proficient and effective at getting the job done. They represent a wide range of clients, from start-ups and SME’s to large corporations, offering advice which includes; buying or selling business/M&A; restructuring a business; management buy-outs and buy-ins; joint ventures; confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements; commercial contracts; and outsourcing agreements.

The Candidate

As the successful candidate you should be at least 4 years PQE and experienced in a wide range of corporate & commercial matters.  Our Client is very open minded, so applications are welcome from a variety of backgrounds, but a solid academic record is highly desirable.  You should also be a proactive individual with a desire to promote the firm’s brand and get involved in numerous business development activities, therefore previous experience of marketing and networking is also desirable.
