Corporate Paralegal

We are currently working with a highly successful investment firm who are looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal looking to progress their company secretarial career whilst working for a growing, entrepreneurial and fast paced organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Running the Board, Committee and Executive meetings
• Companies House filings
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Managing the day to day administration of all company secretarial matters

To be considered for the role you should have experience advising on company secretarial matters and have a genuine interest in this area of work.
