With a truly international profile this represents a rare opportunity within the Liverpool market to work on some significant national and international banking and finance work.

The team act for a full range of clients including UK domestic and European banks, private equity funds and corporates across REF, Leveraged/Acquisition finance, trade and receivable finance as well as providing key support on a range of restructurings.

The banking team comprises around 25-30 in total so there is significant strength and depth.

Ideally you will have 2-6 years PQE - there is likely some flexibility either side of these parameters but there is an expectation that you will be able to operate with a certain degree of autonomy so you must previously had exposure to a good level of quality of work.

As well gaining access to a quality team and work, the role will also involve a lot of client contact so you will have great scope to progress.
