About Us
Our client is a well-known multi-award winning media and production giant. They now have the need for an interim Head of Legal for a minimum of 9 months based in their Bristol office.
The Opportunity
As Head of Legal you will be leading their Business Affairs team to provide legal advice and support across their group of companies, but more specifically in the areas of licensing agreements, IP protection, marketing and talent, and production agreements. You will be responsible for advising on the best parameters for the structuring of commercial deal terms and agreements across the country. This position will also involve negotiating and drafting talent agreements for directors, producers, writers, etc, among many other ad hoc tasks.
About you
This is an excellent opportunity for a Head of Legal with extensive IP and media experience to join a well known and well-loved production company. For this role, you will have to be highly organised and have strong skills to manage projects; you must also have strong written and verbal skills with great attention to detail. It is also important for you to have experience with IP and media.
