We are acting for a top of the market law firm in Newcastle, who is interested in expanding its award-winning Corporate team with the appointment of an excellent junior solicitor.

As you would expect from a market leader, the breadth of the work is outstanding, working for clients across a range of sectors and on transactions of all values.  You would be working with SMEs, owner managed businesses and large corporates on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, listed company transactions and IPOs and PE/venture capital transactions amongst other things.
