Your new role
This regulatory role will see you handle regulatory work including: criminal matters involving health and safety, environmental, road transport and operator licensing, food and product safety offences; professional disciplinary tribunals; private prosecutions; attending inquests; and appeals to OFSTED and the Care Quality Commission.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be a health and safety/regulatory lawyer with 3 to 4 years' pqe and a strong grounding in this area of law.
