Legal Counsel, full or part-time

An opportunity has arisen for a commercial lawyer with at least 4 years PQE to join a global listed business based in Northamptonshire.  We are keen to hear from commercial lawyers looking for a full or part time role.  You can be based in the office or work remotely with the requirement to go to the office in Northamptonshire once a week.

My client is a global business which is a leader in its’ field in the UK. The business is growing significantly both organically and through a series of acquisitions and they have ambitious plans for the future.  To facilitate growth, they are looking to appoint a commercial lawyer to come and join the established legal team in the UK. 

You will have a varied role which will involve working closely with all areas of the business advising on commercial contracts (procurement and agreements with large corporate clients), data protection, M&A and general regulation/compliance. 

They are keen to consider a 3 – 5 day working arrangement. You would be able to work from home (but you can also come into the office if that would be your preference) with 1 day in the office in the Northamptonshire HQ per week ideally. It is a very flexible working environment and the lawyers in the team tend to keep to their contractual hours and if working part-time there would not be an expectation to pick up work on your days off.
