Leading City firm has a pressing requirement to hire a residential property partner to join the existing team as part of the succession planning strategy.

Working alongside directory rated partners the successful candidate will have experience of all aspects of mid to HNW worth PCL residential property matters including sales and purchase, refinancing, landlord and tenant, refinancing, development and acquisition structuring among others.

Clients include national agents, onshore and offshore investors, investment funds, syndicates, developers and individuals.

The firm has excellent private client and real estate practice groups, which means there is a good flow of referrals already, but the successful candidate must be able to bring a pre-existing referral network and have the ability and desire to develop further an existing practice., Teams will be considered.
