Outstanding opportunity to lead the existing employment practice of this directory rated firm.
My client is a well known, successful and solvent City firm that has an immediate opening for an established employment partner to join and lead the department.
The firm's current employment client list is diverse and primarily respondent, but with a good reputation for HNW claimant work among its banking and financial clients. The firm is genuinely collaborative and there is a good flow of referrals from the corporate/commercial, private client and tax practices. Business immigration experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
This is a fixed share partner role however, the firm is at the early stages of succession planning across all practice areas, which means there is a genuine path to equity for the right person.
A demonstrable client following is required.
