Job Details
This commercial contract solicitor will work on a wide range of contracts to include supply & distribution agreements, NDA's, memorandums of understanding, long term agreements, terms & conditions and software & IT contracts in a healthcare industry.
Duties of the role will include;
* Working closely with the Legal Counsels and Head of Legal on a range of commercial matters.
* Administering and maintaining a Contracts database.
* Reviewing, negotiating and drafting a wide variety of commercial contracts.
To be considered for the role, you need to have atleast 3 years' experience in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts. Specific IT & software experience is preferable, but please still apply if you are very experienced in commercial contracts with an excellent technical knowledge.
In return, my client is offering a generous daily rate and the opportunity to work part time.
