Sr Claims Executive - Solicitor - Insurance

Our Client

A specialty insurer seeks to recruit a Solicitor c 1 - 4 PQE to work as a Sr Claims Executive within a well regarded and busy team.

The Role

The post holder will be expected to work on high value and complex claims working closely with clients, external advisers and managers

The role will involve managing client claims and settlements, managing queries from clients, insurers and third parties. As part of the workload, the post-holder will be expected to; develop strong working relationships with clients, markets etc. Manage regulatory work - ensuring compliance with group/company policies, managing processes.

Management of projects, claims advocacy and consultancy also form part of the role

The Candidate

To be considered for this exceptional client facing opportunity, applicants must be able to demonstrate sound technical and commercial skills, with experience of London Market Claims processes and D & O work.

A solid understanding of the insurance market with experience of handling and negotiating complex/ large claims with London Market organisations is important for this exciting in house role

It is envisaged the successful candidate will have worked in a law firm as a member of an insurance litigation team
