JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE: 5+ years PQE
LOCATION: Cumbria (Commutable from: Carlisle, Cockermouth, Keswick, Penrith)
SALARY: £Dependant on experience


THE ROLE:
A new employment role has arisen within this successful team with a solid reputation across the region. The successful Employment Solicitor will manage a challenging caseload of employment files on behalf of respondent clients, advising on both contentious and non contentious matters and playing a key role in the development of new business for the team, as well as mentoring junior team members.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Employment Solicitor will have at least 5 years PQE with a positive and can-do attitude looking to gain real exposure to all employment issues. Our client is eager to hear from Employment Solicitors who are highly driven, self motivated and seeking new responsibilities. The Employment Solicitor will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills; attention to detail together with the ability to work under pressure is essential. This Employment Solicitor position will suit someone who is a confident and ambitious Employment Solicitor, keen to grow the team further supporting the firm's business development and marketing strategies.
