THE FIRM
Our client is a law firm based within a large and highly regarded regulatory body.
THE ROLE
The role will be handling commercial property matters for members - from buying and selling properties to reviewing leases etc.
The work is varied and interesting.
There may be a need to undertake some commercial contracts work.
THE PERSON
* 5PQE+ commercial property solicitor
* Confident fee earner with broad property experience
* Ideally willing and able to undertake some commercial contract work
