Fantastic new opportunity for a 5pqe+ Derivatives expert to join what is arguably the most prestigious global investment bank. They are seeking an experienced lawyer to join the derivatives and structured finance legal team located in London.
The derivatives and structured finance legal team covers the full spectrum of equity, interest rate, fx and credit derivatives as well as fund and securitisation businesses. The team advises on the structuring and execution of transactions, helps the firm navigate legal and regulatory change and advises on all aspects of legal and reputational risk.
The successful applicant will join a fast-paced environment. The quality and breadth of the work will match the level of early responsibility. Excellent remuneration at the top of the range for investment banks $$
