Job Details
We are currently working with a leading international bank who are looking to recruit a derivatives lawyer.
The successful candidate will work closely with a range of businesses including the Rates, FX, flow Credit, Listed & Clearing among others. Internal clients include a variety of trading and structuring desks, as well as senior management, compliance and other control functions.
Whilst this is not a flow documentation role, ideal candidate will have a good understanding of derivatives and related collateral agreements such as ISDA and/or GMRA and/or GMSLA. The ideal candidate will have trained at a leading law firm or have gained experience at a reputable financial services organisation. Specific post-qualification experience in a relevant derivatives or structured finance department would be advantageous, though our client is open to considering bright and capable lawyers from other disciplines, such as broader debt markets or finance backgrounds (e.g. taking security, intercreditor agreements etc).
