The team's advice to megafund and midmarket sponsors on their most important private equity transactions is a cornerstone of its impressive wider, end-to-end funds offering. The London private equity team is active in both mid and large-cap transactions, and leverages the firm's strengths in ancillary areas to cover the full range of issues on complex deals.
They are actively seeking a first rate Corporate / Private equity associate, currently practising with a high ranking team, keen to join a leading NY heavyweight firm that has made a number of high profile lateral hires over the last 2 years and is very much 'on the up'. Salary up to c.£175,000.
