Funds Lawyer 2-5 PQE - Leading US firm

A well regarded US funds practice are going through an exciting expansion phase and are seeking a funds lawyer from 2-5 years' PQE.

This practice advise asset and fund managers on the structuring and operation of a variety of fund structures and asset classes. The associates within this team also work on structuring hybrid funds, restructurings and alternative investment funds. This offers any funds lawyer an excellent opportunity for breadth of work and variety within this growing area. Furthermore, you will be working within a small team, so will be given excellent responsibility and learning opportunities.

It is essential that the candidates have at least 2 years' post qualification experience in funds. It is also a prerequisite that you have gained experience in a highly regarded Funds practice in the City and have had exposure to international transactions.
